RBNZ’s Hawkesby: Have 'genuine neutral bias' on interest rates

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) has a genuine neutral bias on the interest rates, said the central bank’s Assistant Governor/GM Economics, Financial Markets and Banking, Christian Hawkesby in an interview with Bloomberg on Thursday.
