Fed's Clarida: Change in Fed's policy statement doesn't represent a 'U-turn'

In an interview with CNN, Federal Reserve's Vice Chairman Richard Clarida said that he didn't think the change in the Fed's policy statement represented a 'U-turn.' 

"It is not clear how much of a U.S. economic growth slowdown we are currently seeing," Clarida added.
